CSC 596 MSCS Practicum (1-3 credits)

1-3 classroom + 0 lab/studio
Prerequisite(s): Consent of MSCS program director.
Taught: Variable, check w/ department
Students will work on software development or related computer science projects and make use of project management techniques that allow them to apply academic knowledge to real world situations. With prior approval of the MSCS Director, one 3 credit hour elective class (advanced or intermediate) may be substituted by 6 credit hours of internship (CSC 596 - CS Practicum). These credits can be taken in multiple semesters.
