LDR 308 Leadership Development (3 credits)

Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing.
Taught: Fall, spring, and summer
This course focuses on concepts and skills for leadership development. Students examine organizational, leadership, and human development theories with consideration towards the application of knowledge and skills towards their personal leadership development and growth. Special focus placed on increasing the capacity of the individual to lead and develop others.
