LAW 450 Trial Practice (3 Credits)

Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing and C- or better in PSC 204.

Students participating in this course will learn and practice the fundamentals of trial advocacy, including opening statements, direct and cross-examination of witnesses, objections, use of exhibits and demonstratives, and closing arguments.
