LAW 370 Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution (3 Credits)

Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing and C- or better in either PSC 100, JUS 101 or PSC 204

This course will explore the nature of conflict and alternatives to litigation including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Designed to develop practical skills of conflict management and dispute resolution through assignments and simulations.
