LAW 335 Legal Research (3 Credits)

Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing and C- or better in PSC 100, JUS 101, or PSC 204

An introduction to the foundations of legal research. This course will cover the hierarchy of legal authority and how to find, choose and cite statutes, cases, and secondary sources.
