CMGT 425 Sustainable Construction (3 Credits)

Introduction to sustainability principles and their impact on construction projects. Investigation of techniques for selection of sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy consumption and its effect on the atmosphere, materials and resources for sustainable development, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design.
