This interdisciplinary program offers a comprehensive understanding of the social, political and economic forces that shape our world. Through a dynamic curriculum, students will delve into key disciplines including anthropology, Black studies, economics, geography, history, political science, psychology, sociology, and women and gender studies. Students will develop a holistic perspective on the multifaceted dimensions of human societies and embrace the opportunity to become well-rounded, informed citizens in our ever-changing global community.
This minor is required for students preparing for certification in Secondary Social Studies Education in conjunction with both the History major and the Secondary Education major.
