MSN 623 Geriatric Primary Care & Pharmacology (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): MSN 620 , MSN 621 , and MSN 622 Taught: Variable, check with department This interactive course focuses on the management of common illnesses and pharmacological management of geriatric patients. Students incorporate principles of health promotion, disease prevention, pathophysiology, and assessment to develop therapeutic management and evaluation strategies for geriatric patients.
