STA 205R Statistical Methods with Recitation - QR (3 credits)

Hours: 3 classroom + 1 lab/studio
Prerequisite(s): None.
Taught: Fall, Spring, Summer
Introduction to the following topics: graphical descriptive measures; numerical descriptive measures; probability; hypothesis testing, estimation; analysis of variance; chi-square; regression; analysis by means of statistical software. Use of recitation model for additional instruction in foundational mathematical and statistical concepts supporting course content. Not open to students who have completed STA 250 or STA 314.
