LAW 301 The American Legal System II (3 credits)

Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing and C- or better in LAW 300 and either PSC 100 , JUS 101 or PSC 204 .

The American Legal System II completes a survey of common law principles introduced in LAW 300 with a focus on property law. Students will also be introduced to the basic rules of civil procedure, the rules by which courts conduct civil trials.
