LAW 301 The American Legal System II (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing and C- or better in LAW 300 and either PSC 100 , JUS 101 or PSC 204 . Taught: Spring only The American Legal System II completes a survey of common law principles introduced in LAW 300 with a focus on property law.
