HSR 530 Substance Abuse and Process Addictions (3 credits)Hours: 3 classroom + 0 lab/studio Prerequisite(s): Declared Social Work or Human Services major, or senior or graduate student standing. Taught: Fall and spring This course will explore substance and “non-substance” addictions, referred to as process addictions, acquiring knowledge and skills required to provide services to those suffering from such addictions and their families.
